Group Classes

Anthony believes that yoga should fit the student, not the other way around. Group classes are a great way to begin if you’re new to yoga or to gain deeper understanding if you’re advanced. All classes are sequenced to provide the maximum results for each student in that class. Anthony’s training and experience in many styles of yoga allows him to fit the practice to the students in class.
